Certified Door Staff Training
 
The CLUBSAFEtm system provides your staff with detailed knowledge of customer service protocol, SAMA verbal de-escalation techniques and our own Aggressive Response Tactics (ART) which have been designed specifically for use by door staff to facilitate compliance without causing harm to the aggressive patron. The techniques have been developed in conjunction with the NYPD “Less Than Lethal” defense series that trains in soft-hand techniques for de-escalation. ART takes no more than two weeks to learn and is extremely effective.
